Dr. Charles Witte has been a pastor in Illinois for over 30 years. He has worked as a marriage and family counselor in clinics and in private practice throughout Central Illinois. Pastor Witte also served as a chaplain for the handicapped and later as a Police Department chaplain in Northern Illinois. Pastor Witte's greatest reward has been to work with the wonderful, friendly people in the Christian churches of Central Illinois. |
